Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap tingkat kemampuan perencanaan karir mahasiswa Prodi Bimbingan dan Konseling Fakultas Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar Banten. merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket telah dikembangkan 63 item pernyataan. Subjek seluruh Banten berjumlah 30 orang. Analisis data dalam statistik deskriptif teknik persentase. Hasil menunjukkan 60% memiliki sangat tinggi, 40% memilki pada kategori sedang. dapat peneliti merancang program mengembangkan lebih lanjut.
